Extra-EU orders may be subject to VAT, Import Customs Duties or other country-specific taxes, payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the destination country.
Our logistics partners for shipping:
BM ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, excluding holidays, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 1 to 5 business days. Rest of the world: 3 to 10 business days.
BM will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment for the order, please send an email to hello@barbaramedeiros.com informing us of what happened. After this period, BM cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Orders placed after August 22nd will only be shipped on September 2nd due to the closure of facilities for holidays.
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 20, 2024 (valid for mainland Portugal and Spain).
